Your Guide to Pet-Friendly Living

AT PLAZA EAST TOWNHOMES & APARTMENTS

A completed and signed Pet Addendum must accompany every lease where a tenant
has a pet on the property for more than 24 hours. This includes dogs, cats, birds, fish,
reptiles, or any other animals. Pets are limited to two (2) per unit, with a maximum
weight of 35 lbs. per pet, unless previously approved by the Operations Director.

Monthly Pet Rent

Unless approved by the Operations Director, pet rent is calculated as follows:

One pet (25 lbs. or under)
$25 per month

One pet (over 25 lbs.)
$50 per month

Two pets
$75 per month

One Time Pet Fees

A separate non-refundable pet fee applies to all non-ESA pets. Unless approved by the Operations Director, fees are as follows:

One pet (25 lbs. or under)
$250

One pet (over 25 lbs.)
$300

Two pets
$400

Policy Enforcement

Pets may not be added during the lease term.

If an unapproved pet is found on the property, it will result in a lease violation requiring immediate removal of the pet and a $500 fine.
